Diamond Luxe Fuels provides mobile delivery of gasoline, diesel, DEF, and other approved fueling services as available. Service availability may depend on location, fuel type, delivery volume, site access, scheduling, weather, safety conditions, equipment availability, supplier availability, and legal or regulatory requirements.
3. Orders and Service Requests
A website submission or account request does not guarantee delivery. An order or recurring service arrangement is subject to acceptance by Diamond Luxe Fuels. We may contact you to confirm fuel type, quantity, location, access, equipment details, pricing, taxes, fees, and delivery timing.
4. Recurring and Subscription Service
Recurring service may be offered for eligible customers and locations. The frequency, fuel quantity, Fill / Top-Off authorization, billing method, cancellation process, and other plan details will be shown or confirmed when the recurring service is established.
Commercial fleet and heavy-equipment programs may require a custom service agreement based on volume, delivery conditions, account terms, and operational requirements.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Fuel prices may change based on market conditions and supplier pricing. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, minimums, emergency or special-service charges, and other disclosed fees may apply. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, website estimates are not guaranteed quotations.
6. Payment
Payment requirements and subscription billing details are disclosed before enrollment or order confirmation. Diamond Luxe Fuels does not offer net payment terms or invoicing after delivery. Payments are handled through the designated payment provider when payment functionality is enabled.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Site Access
You are responsible for providing accurate order information and a safe, legal, and reasonably accessible delivery location. You must identify the correct vehicle, vessel, equipment, tank, fuel type, and fill point. You must disclose known hazards, access restrictions, security requirements, or conditions that could affect safe delivery.
We may delay, reschedule, or decline a delivery when conditions are unsafe, information is incomplete, access is unavailable, or service would violate law, regulation, supplier requirements, or reasonable operating standards.
8. Unattended Deliveries
Where approved, customers may authorize unattended delivery. By doing so, the customer confirms that Diamond Luxe Fuels may access the agreed location and fuel the identified vehicles, vessels, equipment, or tanks according to the account instructions. Delivery records, photographs, meter readings, or other documentation may be used to confirm service.
9. Savings Calculator
The Savings Calculator is provided for general planning purposes only. Results are estimates based on the information entered by the user and assumptions described on the calculator page. Actual savings, labor recovery, productivity gains, fuel costs, and operational results will vary. Calculator results are not guarantees, quotations, or promises of financial performance.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Order, recurring-service, and cancellation rules may vary by service type. Customers should provide reasonable notice for changes or cancellations. Charges may apply where a delivery has already been dispatched, special fuel has been procured, or other costs have been incurred, if disclosed in the applicable service terms.
11. Website Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
12. Intellectual Property
The Diamond Luxe Fuels name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Diamond Luxe Fuels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, accounting, communications, maps, or other functions. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their own terms may apply.
